- Call Recording: Calls are recorded and transcribed for reference, in compliance with Nevada’s recording laws.
- Appointment Scheduling: Automated scheduling with confirmations.
- Custom Integrations: Available upon request for additional fees.
3. Data Processing and Privacy
- Ownership: Users retain ownership of their data.
- Processing Agreement: Governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
- Privacy Policy: Covers data collection, usage, and protection.
4. Account Registration and Access
- Account Creation: Users must provide accurate details during registration.
- Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and notifying MySarahAI of unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions and Fees
- Payment Terms: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
- Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellation: Users can cancel subscriptions anytime through their dashboard.
6. Acceptable Use
Prohibited activities include:
- Violating laws like the TCPA or CAN-SPAM Act.
- Using the Services for harmful or illegal purposes, such as unauthorized communications, phishing attacks, or creating harmful automated responses.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Caller Consent: Users must obtain necessary permissions for call recordings.
- Data Accuracy: Users must ensure the legality and accuracy of submitted data.
- Third-Party Integrations: Users are responsible for ensuring compliance and compatibility with any third-party applications they use with the Services.
8. Prohibited Data
Users must not submit:
- Sensitive Data: Health, financial, or government ID details.
- Defense-Related Data: ITAR-related data.
9. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: MySarahAI retains rights to its software and services.
- User Content: Users retain rights to their content but grant MySarahAI a limited license to use it for service delivery.
10. Service Access and Availability
- Availability: Services may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
- Updates: Users must install updates promptly to ensure functionality.
11. Disclaimers
- As-Is Service: The Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
- AI Limitations: AI-based services may not always be accurate or provide desired results.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Indirect Damages: MySarahAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Liability Cap: Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last three months or $100, whichever is greater.

14. Termination
- By Users: Users may terminate their subscription anytime via the dashboard.
- By MySarahAI: MySarahAI reserves the right to terminate access for misuse or non-payment.
- Post-Termination: Upon termination, data will be deleted unless required by law to retain it.
15. Dispute Resolution
- Binding Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the AAA.
- Class Action Waiver: Users waive the right to participate in class actions.
